Terms of use
BuzzQuote is run by Plunge Studios ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
What we provide
A hosted online quote page for your business at buzzquote.net/yourname, an admin to set your prices and wording, and a list of the quote requests your customers send. The prices customers see are the prices you set. We don't set them, check them or take part in any job.
Trial and payment
New accounts get a free trial of 7 days. After that a subscription costs £9.49 every three months. If a payment is not made, your quote page is switched off after a short grace period. You can still log in and download a backup.
Unpaid accounts
If an account stays unpaid for 30 days after it stops, we delete it and all the data in it, including your settings, quote requests and photos. We email a warning first. Download a backup if you want to keep your data.
Your content and your customers' details
Your prices, wording, logo and the quote requests belong to you. You are responsible for what you put on your page and for using customers' details lawfully. Please don't use BuzzQuote to mislead people, send spam, break the law or pretend to be another business.
Estimates
The tool produces estimates from the prices you enter. You are responsible for checking and confirming any price with your customer before work starts.
Keeping the service running
We work to keep BuzzQuote available and to keep your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own backups using the backup button in your admin.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not responsible for lost business or indirect loss arising from the service, and our total responsibility to you for any problem is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Ending your account
You can stop at any time by not renewing. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell account holders about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
