Questions
Do my customers need an account?
No. They open your link, answer the questions and send their details. That is all.
Is the price exact?
It is a close estimate. Every house is different, so the page tells customers it is an estimate and you confirm the final price before any work starts. You choose the wording.
Can I use my own website address?
Not yet. Your page lives at buzzquote.net/yourname, and you can show it inside your own website with a short snippet or a WordPress shortcode.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your quote page switches off. You can still log in and download a backup of everything. If the account stays unpaid for 30 days it is deleted, with all its data.
Who can see my customers' details?
You can. Requests are emailed to you and kept in your admin. Please read the privacy page for the detail.
Can I try it before I sign up?
Yes. The demo gives you a private copy of a made up business to change however you like. It clears itself away after a little while.
